so thanksgiving come and gone, since i had to work (not a UK holiday) i drove home for dinner quickly and had to head off to work shortly after. They were slow nights, so i didnt mind. Friday, another first for 2006, I got sick as a result of drinking WAY too much. After all the times i’ve drank this year, i still find myself very incontrol and cognitive. Got to the bar ~10, and bob russell was there. all told through the night…at least 3 shots of tequilla, a shot of wild turkey, some other concoction the waitress made for me, some other shots that i didnt know what they were, CHUGGED (<5 seconds) at least 3 yuenglings, had at least 2 other yuenglings. I had originally went with Deirdre, but they wouldn't let her in (i was saddened) so she took my truck home and i asked the jenkos for a ride home right of the bat. I asked them to pull over half way home. All in al though, i didn't feel sick at all, i'd compare the expelling of liquids to coughing. Soul coughing even... heh, kudos Mr. Doughty.

This weekend was a crazy weekend of reunitings, Kathy (after she totally ditched me when i went down to DC), Bob, Zach, mike quinn, and a bunch of others because it was basically a high school reunion on friday. It really put me in reflective mood.

nothing too crazy going on this week, just trying to get some recording done for the myspace page. Just trying to get through the last few weeks of the year…I’ll miss you 2006, there were good times and bad times, but most importantly, there were times.

I think bumper stickers that say “if i’m in the right lane, you didn’t get out of the left lane” would be a marketable item. maybe even bug shields that have “get out of the left lane” spelled backwards like ambulances…

well, back to work today. I didn’t do a few important things that i needed to over my break, but i got sick half way through, and still am, so that kinda made it suck. Spent my birthday waiting in line for the PS3 to come out so i could sell it on ebay. got in line at 9pm wednesday night, and at midnight thursday, Travis and I got the last 2 rain checks. So now i have to wait for the next shipment to come in, hopefully before christmas. I’m too sick to write anymore, bleh. I’ll update the list below with all i did/didn’t do though.

So, first post in a long time. I have been thinking in the past week…who the EFF am I and what happened this year?!!?! 2006 was definitely a year for major changes. Let’s recap:

• Started Drinking at new years
• Darn near killed myself snowboarding in Colorado
• Promotion at work to level 2 – 4pm to midnight
• Bought a Truck! 2001 dodge Ram 1500. Pictures to wind up here eventually…
• Dad’s estate stuff still not resolved! Incompetent lawyers!
• Bought and moved into a house in July!
• Realized a relationship with a girl I had always dreamed about…if only til the end of summer.
• Had my financial details posted in the Post Gazette.
• Started working as the midnight-8am supervisor at work, also have to drive 45 minutes to new building (SUCK!!!)
• Serah Got Married on her birthday!
• Helped Dallas move to Las Vegas! What a trip! 36 hour drive

I think those are the major points…still going to school, surprisingly i’ve kept up my workout routine ~fairly~ well all year. Slacked a few weeks here and there, and couldnt do anything after colorado for a while, but atleast I have been able to maintain it. Lots of other odds and ends, but wow, what an important year, and I have no blog to show for it! Travesty!

so the site has been down since april and i’m just getting around to bring it back up. The site software was getting out of date and needed to be updated and was getting to become a security risk. Now the site should be secure, but i’ve taken kept down the forums and gallery since they are no longer being updated by the developers. I might find alternative that are though, not sure. Lost a few topics and comments in the move/rebuild, but nothing i can do about that. Still a lot of work to be done here, but it’s getting there.
